To make a reservation:

requests must be made AT LEAST ONE WEEK in advance
advance payment of first night is required

Cancellation policy:

Only by fax or e-mail at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance (one week for groups) otherwise you will not be refunded for the first night's payment

Please note the following:

you do not have a reservation until you receive a confirmation number from us
you MUST have a valid photo ID (passport, stay permit or identity card) with you at time of check-in. For security reasons we keep your document until you check out
